Shoe Size: Felt a full size smaller than marked
I LOVED the shoe! However the shoe runs small. I ordered the 8.5 which is what I normally wear but it felt like an 8, the 9 also felt about a 1/2 inch too small, I had to return both pairs, the 9 was too small too! They felt an entire size too small.

I have placed two orders in the last month and so far I have not experienced any problems. My first order is for my son's birthday next week and I hope they fit. But my experience with Zappos.com has been a very pleasant one. The absolute fastest delivery service ever. I thank you and your customer service department for A+ quality service that is very hard to find today.
