5 stars except for the squeaking -
I love these shoes -- the look, the fit, the comfort. But not the squeaking. Both shoes squeak when I walk and it started within a few wears. It's embarrassing when I walk around the office, people can hear me coming. But I will live with it, because they really are attractive and extremely comfortable. They are nice enough to be dress shoes or casual shoes. And they make my size 10 feet look small!

Nice but a bit shiny -
These are as are most Clarks beautifully crafted. I wear a size 12M in every brand except Privos; I tend to end up in an 11 if you. I think they are beautiful and sleek, a bit elfish, many shoes can look heavy or clunky in my size. They are lightweight and have excellent arch supports; I have more room in the toe box than in some oblique toed shoes. I found the patent a bit daunting and have not worn them outside yet. I have fallen arches and other foot and ankle problems, my orthotics will likely not fit but I find most Clarks supportive enough without them for many activities. I like the refined style and comfort of the un. line. I had mainly stuck to Privos. These are less rugged. Lovely with slack and jeans no break in feeling, pleasantly soft and breathable.
May accommodate some orthodics, mine are rather thick and athletic, looks odd with socks, I will have to get some no shoe socks, feels better without them. Great shock absorption even though they are light. Love Zappos customer service.

Yea-it comes in wide widths!
I got this shoe in 7 1/2 wide, and I found that I get great arch support, plus the extra width I need. It's a little light for walking on cobblestones, but it's not bad either. I find I can tour all day without blisters and without my plantar fasciitis screaming at me. These shoes feel better than my Nikes, which do give me heel pain. My only complaint is that I haven't learned how to take them off without the removable insole coming out or bunching up. I just talked to a company representative who recommended that I glue them down permanently if I don't think I will ever have a custom-made orthotics made for the shoe. I believe I will take the recommendation. This is a very comfortable, very attractive walking shoe!

The shoe is comfortable and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I have a wide foot and it’s hard to find a shoe in the wide width that is comfortable and fits well.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I find that I am almost always satisfied with Clarks shoes.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
