At first glance and as a repeat loyal and happy customer of Zappos.com, I was a bit disappointed when I saw hat standard shipping had replaced your overnight policy; but, at the same time I completely understood in these economic times... however, to my complete delight my shoes where shipped out the same day and delivered to my door the next day!! Kudos to you. It is always a huge pleasure these days when a company performs as well as yours and when the customer remains in high regard. I plan to order many, many, many more shoes and accessories at Zappos.com in the future. Can a woman really ever have too many shoes? :) ... Not!!!!
