Boots -
These boots are super cute. I've been looking for an affordable pair for a long time, and these looked great and were at a price I liked. I have wide feet, and these are slightly narrower than I would prefer, but my toes don’t feel madly squashed. I also have arthritis in my toes, and can only wear shoes that hold my shoe inserts. These boots are comfortable even with my extra "padding".

Great Boots -
These are by far the best pair of boots I have ever owned, worn and lived in!! Comfortable from the very beginning I found no need for the "break-in" period. I’ve had mine for 7 years now and plan to buy another when these are laid to rest. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a truly great looking and great fitting boot.

I wanted to commend you for a fine example of how a business should operate. I have had a small number of experiences with Zappos, and when an issue has arisen, every step has been taken to rectify it as best as possible. This evening, I decided to try Zappos again, and had the pleasure of speaking with a young man in the Ordering Dept. in Las Vegas. He was extremely helpful and efficient in processing my order. He read the notes in my account regarding my previous Zappos purchase (which started off poorly, but was wholly redeemed through outstanding service from your team), and further extended the goodwill by upgrading my shipping to overnight/next day. Suffice it to say, I am impressed with your team and organization. I look forward to building a strong relationship and using Zappos exclusively (along with passing your info to my colleagues and family).
