Be aware of metal winged heart insignia!
Great, lightweight, comfortable over-the-shoulder bag. Good look overall and good size. However, be aware that there is a metal flying-winged-heart insignia right smack, front-and-center of the purse; there is also a crown-shaped zipper pull on top of the bag. Unfortunately, these two metal "accents" make the bag look somewhat tacky and "cheapen" the overall look of an otherwise very cool bag.

Best Kathy bag ever!!!!!
I love this bag so much that I have it in the pink and the black. It's comfortable on your shoulder, because it's not heavy. The organization in this bag is super and that is really important to me. Love the style and soft feel of this bag. Truly an awesome bag.

Way to go Zappos! I wish all the success. I would not mind buying other line of products also from this website other than just shoes, etc. I hope some day you folks will get in to other products also.
Now regarding my rock climbing shoes, I would probably like to take the refund credit back to my purchasing credit card as I may not be able to wait long for the arrival of size 12. So, please send me across the return shipping label via email and I will return the shoe promptly.
