I have black/gold shoes for my stepdaughter's wedding and was looking for an evening bag to match. The on-line picture looked liked a match but, to be sure, I e-mailed your customer rep. I received the necessary answers to my questions almost immediately. The clutch is perfect in every way... black with a deep, rich gold accent and bow... not brash. The size holds all the necessary items and has a shoulder chain if you choose. I love it and know I will use it often with all those little black dresses. It's stylish, elegant.

I saw Zappos on my local news, and I was really impressed to see how well the owner took such great care of his employees, and how happy everyone seemed to be during the interview...this was a company I just had to check out. I am a diabetic who has had so much foot and leg pain due to my walking 14-16 miles per day on concrete as I run a sales counter by myself...I just love the shoe I chose. I wish I would have known about this fantastic site earlier. But I have this saved in my favorites, as I will certainly be buying from them again and again...I have mentioned this site to many of my customers and family members...thank you Zappos...a company to be proud of...
