Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked
Shoe Arch: No arch support

They could use a little arch support. Also it's the first time I have had to send shoes back and get a larger size.

Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Sebago Leather sole shoes fit better.

Ordered 10-1/2 4E, was shipped 10-1/2 3E. I didn't notice it until a couple days after wearing them that the wrong size was shipped. I'm GLAD they did, because the 3E fit perfect and comfortable right out of the box. Will buy another color of the same shoe soon.

	All I can say, you have met your core value #1 with me (Deliver WOW Through Service). My daughter needed some new shoes for school so we picked them out, ordered them and less than 10 hours later, they were being delivered at our door! Seriously, 10 hours...simply amazing.
