These slippers are really comfortable. Be aware, though, because they are wool, they will stretch with wear! If you're between sizes, order smaller, and in no time they'll be perfectly molded to your feet. Otherwise, they'll end up slipping and sliding off as you walk.

I have purchased 2 pair of these house shoes and I love them. I live in the south, and love to go barefoot in the house. However, doing that has a tendency to make my heels dry and cracked. Wearing these house shoes keeps my feet warm and for some reason softens them. I will keep buying them as long as they're available.

I really loved the look of these slippers, however, I had read they are abnormally narrow and abnormally wide, so I was very hesitant. Then I remembered it was an easy matter to return them if they did not fit correctly. I have a very average foot, both in size and width. These slippers fit my foot just perfectly. I am very happy with them. Materials and construction are a cut above. I may just buy another pair.

Footbed wears out quickly -
I've had my slippers for less than 5 months. I wear them every day for about 25 minutes in the morning and between 1-3 hours at night. I've never worn them outside. Not unreasonable expectations for bedroom slippers!
While the slippers are still comfy and adorable, I'm irritated that the wool on both footbeds has completely worn away - leaving only the original base layer of fabric. I feel like it is just a matter of time before the slippers wear out to the footbed core.

I absolutely love all Acorn slippers. I am sure I have at least 12 pairs in various styles and colors. The Acorn Festiva is by far the best looking style and so fun. My only problem was with the size, they seem to run slightly small and need some wearing to stretch a little. I do wish the sole was a little more substantial as I have rough tile and they seem to wear out more quickly.

Cute but already falling apart -
These slippers are adorable, but I have had them only a month and they are already looking much worse for wear. The outer surface has become quite fuzzy and the wool has completely worn away on the right heel. They look years old already.

After about 10 years, my big toe finally poked through my last pair of Acorn slippers. When I searched what Acorn now had to offer, I was delighted to find Festiva! It combines playful style with the comfort that any Acorn wearer is accustomed to. In shoes, I wear an 8.5 or 9 - got these in a 9, and initially felt they were a little snug. They ended up fitting perfectly (I wear mine with socks). No complaints here - I am thinking of buying another color and depositing the extra pair at my parent’s house! Once again, thanks for the fantastic selection and amazing shipping/returns policy Zappos!

Love them, but...
I bought these slippers for my mother-in-law as a Christmas present because I love my Acorn Festiva slippers. However, mine started to show wear on the heel of my slippers and I've only had them since Fall 2008. The wool wore off to the foam! And I only wear the slippers in the evenings. I still like them, but I am surprised the quality wasn't better.

Great slippers!
I bought these slippers for my 15-year-old daughter, a tough customer, and she absolutely loves them! She's an Ugg girl, and so I wasn't sure she would like anything but sheepskin slippers. These are great because they will also be good for summer, and they're pretty cute!

Finally a cute slipper that fits!
Bought this for my hard-to-fit sister for Christmas and she loves it! They are warm, easy to slip on and fit wide feet. I was hoping that even if they weren't wide enough that we'd be able to stretch them because they're fabric.

I love these slippers! I'm a size 8, and my feet are medium width (actually, they lean a tick to the narrow side of medium). I ordered an 8, and they fit perfectly. Love the boiled wool fabric and the festive embroidery. I ordered the red, which is actually more of a cranberry red than the fire-engine red depicted in the photo. The rubber island sole makes them sturdier than the average slipper (great for morning carpool or a run to Starbucks), and the slightly molded footbed feels great on the feet. I'm thinking of ordering another pair as a backup, since I'll probably wear these out. As always, I appreciate Zappos excellent customer service!

Cute slipper but not very comfortable -
I've had very good luck with Acorn slippers in the past. They have been comfortable, long wearing and the soles are great for indoors and running outdoors for the paper, mail etc. The style of the Festiva is appealing but the fit is extremely loose and sloppy. It fits like a size wide and since my foot slid around a lot, it has stretched even more and my foot is more often off the sole than on it. The wool fabric is scratchy. Fortunately I received the Acorn Ewe Collar for Christmas and it is heavenly. I guess this slipper will end up in the donation bag which is a shame for a slipper that is only two weeks old.

These boots are fantastic not your average "Docs" at all. I love the unique design of this boot. The only downside was that they were a bit difficult to break in. Another plus is the fast shipping here @ Zappos, keep up the great work.

Comfortable shoes for the house - I needed a good shoe to wear while standing in one place for awhile (you know - cooking and washing dishes). These shoes offer cushion and comfort. Half sizes will have to order up, and I don't think that someone with a narrow foot will be able to keep them on. I usually wear a medium width and these shoes are fine.

ACORN Festiva Slipper -
I now have four pairs in four different colors. If I could wear them to work I would. The sole is solid enough that I can wear outside for running errands. Once I am able to get a pair in blueberry, I'll have a complete set. I love these slippers.

Nice and toasty - These are great. Don't know if I'm imagining things, but the sole seems to be a little more substantial than other Acorns I've had. May be due to the boiled wool. The blue is just a hair darker than what's shown in the photo, though. I would have preferred more of a periwinkle blue. These are a more ordinary blue. But hey, they're only slippers to wear around the house.

HUGE!
These are so wide. I wear 10.5N and got 11 thinking they'd just be a little loose. These felt like 12s. They were also so wide; they flew off when I walked. I got the red which was pretty. I ordered some Daniel Green Kenzies in 11 and these Acorns were 3/4" longer. Big difference. I kept the DG's. I think 10's would have been ok in length but probably still too wide.
