These Brigits were delivered to my door at my office at 9:30 AM 5/2/08. The only word I could use to describe my thoughts is speechless! I don't know how you ever got those shoes to me in 12 hours, but you did! And the shoes are terrific - they fit beautifully. I'm partial to Clarks because they are good quality for the price. We have a Clarks retail shop locally, but I don't usually like the styles they stock. I'm hesitant to order shoes over the 'net because I have narrow, funky feet, and can wear anywhere from an 8 to a 9 depending on the shoe, but your 8.5s fit me perfectly and I now know I can order again from Clarks through your company with confidence the shoes will fit and I'll get them quickly. Thanks to those that picked, packed, and shipped my shoes. In the world today, people only hear about the negative, so I strive to let people know when I'm happy and appreciate the work they've done.
