First off I want to comment on the service. It is tremendous!!! I ordered my shoes one day and they arrived the next! I didn't even have to pay the shipping! The shoes are very attractive. I like the velcro strap, which makes it easily adjustable. They were a little heavier than I anticipated but they are constructed very well. It is nice to be able to find shoes in my size and then to be able to put them on and wear them immediately without stretching them or having them hurt my feet. I will definitely order from Zappos again.

The shoes are really comfortable. I have large feet and have a hard time finding attractive shoes that don't make my feet look gigantic and these did the trick. The only draw back is that they are too wide in the heel and my heel is always coming out of the shoe when walking.

Love this shoe! Due to various foot problems, it is difficult for me to find nice-looking, but comfortable, shoes. This one is a winner! Looks great with pants. I will be purchasing in other colors, if possible.

Incredibly comfortable. My foot says ahhhh when I put them on! Great to wear with dress pants. The moderate heel height makes them a great professional looking shoe.

Really comfortable! Buying shoes online is always risky, but these are amazing. They are the most comfortable I've ever worn. They will be perfect for my autumn outfits. Highly recommend!

Based on the opinion of a majority of reviewers who said the shoe ran small I purchased this shoe one half size larger. In my case my regular shoe size would have sufficed just fine. Plenty of room for your toes and very comfortable foot bed for which my wide feet are grateful.

A Bit Long -
Great comfort for a wide foot. Even though the majority who reviewed this shoe felt it to be smaller than the shoe they normally purchase, this shoe was one half size too long on my foot.

These shoes need a little break in. This is my 4th time wearing them and now they are perfect. Lots of support and cushion, so if you’re on your feet for a while, they will hold up. These shoes look great with brown, gold, or cream slacks!

Love these shoes...
These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever bought. I am really happy with the choice I made. If you are looking for comfort, these are the shoes for you.

The shoe felt much smaller than the 6.5 I ordered. I'm not sure if the width is also a problem. I'm gonna return it and try one size larger to see if that resolves the tightness.

My feet went ahhhh!!
The second I put these on they felt wonderful... like slippers. I wear a very wide 6.5, couple that with very high arches and a bunion on one foot, finding shoes that fit is an adventure. I wore them to work the next day with absolutely no "break-in". (They could us more arch support.) If you want a comfy shoe this is it!

Nice Shoe -
The fit is about 1 size small. I ordered a 10WW which is usually a bit big in other styles to accommodate for wearing a sock, but this style my toes are squished at the top of the shoe with no socks. I am ordering an 11 to see if it is any better. Also the leather is very soft, looks to possibly loose shape quickly, but I will try them anyway.
