They were packaged with TLC and arrived faster than I could have ever imagined. This was my first purchase with Zappos.com, but you can rest assured that your customer service and great shoes will keep me coming back. The only thing I could ask would be if designers would make more flat closed-toe shoes in the same styles for younger women. I am 6'5" and have the foundation to stand it up.
