In response to the sizing...I have several pair in the winter shades...blue/black, black, denim etc: I bought a size 8. BUT, when I bought the new shades of white, green and sky blue, the sizing was completely different. When I measured, the waist was a little over an inch smaller and the rear and lower area almost two inches smaller. If you order these summer shades, definitely order UP. With the winter shades, order DOWN. I had to return all of the jeans ordered in the summer shades. The company definitely sized differently for the new line.

Only jeans I wear. Bought the 1st pair when they were shown on the TODAY show. They are a perfect fit.

I love these jeans for they have a real waist, but are stylish. My back is painful, so lower pants hurt and do not flatter me as I am past 50. They feel good and are made well.

Love these jeans! I had heard about these jeans but never tried them. They are well worth the money! You can buy 3 pairs of the cheap jeans, trying to find the one pair that fits and is comfortable, when all you have to do is buy one good pair. Of course, now I am totally addicted and want them in all the styles and colors! They are comfortable, yet make your body look really good. I work and just started classes in the evening and I can wear them all day until I get home late evening. I will be buying more!

These are my favorite jeans - ever! They have double the amount of spandex which makes them feel more like my workout pants than like jeans. I take a size SMALLER in them too (which is always nice), but the real benefit to these jeans is the excellent fit. Every curve looks better - butt, thighs, and tummy. I wear my tops out so the high waist is an asset (no tummy bulges). I want them in every color!

Okay - not great -
The rise on these jeans is very high. It was past the belly-button on me which is not a great look - too 80s. Also it was baggy/lumpy in the hips area which drew attention to the area (which I don't really want!).
The inseam is very long. I'm 5'9'' and would have to wear heels with these jeans so that they would not drag on the ground.
On the positive - they did make my butt look very good.

Not what they used to be!
Not Your Daughters jeans ...are not my jeans any more....I own six pair of these jeans...I too went from a 12 -14 without gaining a pound. Also, I find that the seams do not line up correctly and hems are not the same for both legs. It is so sad when quantity effects quality!!!! I feel that their quality control department could learn from the excellent service that I receive from your customer service department!!!!

If getting the white jeans, order your regular size!!
I have 4 pairs of NYDJ and I love them. I usually wear a 14 to 16, so I ordered them in a 12, which was great! UNTIL I ordered a pair in white. I couldn't even get the 12's on, returned them for a 14 which are still too snug and are being returned. I was going to re-order in 16 and they are sold out :( Also, I tried the "tuxedo with rhinestones" style and they were also smaller. I wonder if they have changed the sizing?...
