No size fit!
I am a size 9 in shoes and a 9.5 in boots. I first purchased the 9.5 and it was extremely tight and uncomfortable. I thought it was the style so I sent it back and purchased the size 10. The size 10 wasn't any better. How can it be possible that not even the size 10 fits me in this boot??? It's crazy but I love the style and I've had to return the size 10 now.

Cute casual boot -
A cute casual boot for everyday wear. Fits true to size and has adjustable buckles to snug the top and ankle fit. No padding, so a bit tough on your feet. The rounded toe has a juvenile look to it but adds to the overall comfort. Wear with skinny jeans and tights.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
