Best sandals I've ever worn -
I have an 8 1/2 AA. These sandals were like walking on air from the moment I put them on. I have the reds and the blues, have worn them all summer for all occasions. They are so comfortable! They hug and support my narrow foot perfectly.

Great comfort shoe -
I was looking for a shoe I could possibly take to Europe and would use for extended walking in heat and/or humidity, so I have yet to test these out under those circumstances, but for here in California, these shoes have turned out to be close to perfect in comfort. They massage your foot and the straps are lined with a soft leather so no blisters. I wore them from day one without needing to break them in. I'm not sure if the spongy light-colored footbed will get dirty or over time retain foot odors, but so far so good. They are not very dressy, but a great flat sandal!

Comfortable-can walk around comfortably for hours because of the platform which makes the heel effectively no more than 3 inches high, stays on your feet because of the ankle strap. Great looking-sexy and elegant at the same time, works well with casual jeans or dressier dresses or dress pants so these are pretty versatile. Great value-all this for $50, can't beat it. The only thing I wish these shoes had are more cushioning in the soles but that's it.

Perfect sandal - excellent in every way -
The most wonderful sandals. Bought them in white and brown. The arch support is excellent and the cushioning on the bottom make this shoe perfect for wearing all day - heavy walking or just wearing with either skirt or pants for a great look. Has everything.

I think I bought and returned about 5 pairs of sandals before I found these. They are comfortable right out of the box. I was able to adjust them to a good fit and with the elastic in the back strap I can slip them on and off without having to re-adjust.

Not as good as expected -
This sandal is narrower than marked. The front strap is non-adjustable - it feels pretty snug on my feet. Overall look, in my opinion, isn't anything to write home about as it does look somewhat mannish and dull. The only good part is that the cushioning feels very comfortable. Overall, I do not think it is worth the money or the effort to break them in. Zappos is the greatest as usually - thank you, folks.

Sandal comfort -
These sandals are very comfortable. I can wear them all day without any discomfort. At first, I thought that they were a little tight in the front part of the foot, but as soon as I started walking they shaped themselves to my foot. SoftWalks are the best!!

Great comfort for a sandal. Wish the front strap (across the toes) was adjustable. Also, unlike the other back strap shoe I have from this maker, there's a funny piece of elastic in the back that does feel quite as secure. Over all though... I'd give them a 4!

Comfort Plus!
Love this sandal! It's the only one I can wear that gives support to my fallen arches. Insole is so cushiony! I love it! The only criticism I have is that the style is a bit clunky and the colors are unattractive. I ordered it in white and bone, but would have bought more if I had liked the other colors.

Please, A Little More Velcro!
Comfort + fit + color + materials + style = A+++. BUT I sure wish the piece over the toes had a velcro closure too! They're a little snug there, but will 'give' a bit with time.

Walking on air -
This shoe is like walking on air. I have a difficult time finding sandals that fit because I have a narrow foot but this is perfect. I would recommend this sandal to anyone who has problems with their feet.

Great sandals for my wide feet!
I've had these sandals for over a month now and I couldn't be happier. I've been looking for comfortable and good-looking sandals for my huge (wide) feet for a long time now and the 10.5EE fit the bill. I've worn them almost every day since I've got them, put a lot of miles on them and my legs and knees feel fine and there are no blisters. Awesome sandal!

Love the ability to adjust sizing as my feet have a tendency to swell. This fits great and the padding is very comfortable.

Lovin' the SoftWalk -
I love walking in these shoes. There's enough support and cushion to make them comfortable, even for sightseeing for hours walking over hard or uneven surfaces and over a lot of hills. The only odd thing was that I had to order a B width when usually I wear a AA. It was way too narrow in front. With the B the front is fine, but the heel is a little loose. Luckily the heel strap and the strap across the instep are adjustable.

I find it hard to find comfortable sandals that are narrow and in size 12. They are just fine and will try SoftWalk again for other shoes.

At first felt very good but after a while the bottom of my feet got sore. Not sure if it's the bumps in the sole or what. The toe strap is also a little narrow.

Pure comfort!
I recently broke my big toe and also had knee surgery due to a torn meniscus. This shoe was, and remains, the only shoe comfortable enough for daily wear. The sole bed is both supportive and comfortable and provides a shock absorber to the recovering knee. The style is great and I now have them in brown and black. You won't be disappointed in buying these sandals.

Too noisy -
The egg crate sole is very comfortable, but I just can't take the "sucking" noise it makes against your bare foot. I have a narrow foot but agree with other reviews that the front strap is too tight and the shoe too narrow. And why do they make the foot bed such a light color? Zappos is great as always, but I'm still searching for a sandal I can shop in.

A terrific show!
I have long and narrow feet and of course, have trouble finding shoes in the normal shoe dept. I bought this sandal after reading the reviews. It is a great, comfortable sandal and I wore it while visiting NY city and felt I was walking on air! Thanks for a great shoe. I am buying the same shoe in another color!
