Don't like the ties! These boots are super cute and I really like my pair. But, I really didn't like the ties on the side. It gave it a sort of bulky look and was always getting in the way. I like how they felt like slippers, but I also felt there should have been at least some arch support. If you really love this design and Sugar, I'd recommend the ankle boots in this design.

Disappointed -
I think that it just might be my own aesthetic at work here (although the boot was not as comfortable as I thought it would be!) but it was too slouchy for me and the pattern made it hard to wear with things. Sorry, Sugar, but I'm going back to Uggs.

I actually tried to order these from another retailer online because they were cheaper with "free shipping" but the promo code wouldn't go through (after trying 3 times) and the order kept coming up with standard shipping at $7.95. When I tried to call customer service I was on hold long enough to know I didn't want to be there so I sent them an email that I was returning to Zappos. Because I haven't been able to buy shoes lately I'd forgotten what a pleasure it is to deal with your company. You always have exceptional selection which is easily accessed, a user friendly website, and fantastic customer service. I've always been a fan but now you have a
customer for life.
