 |  | I recently placed my first order with Zappos for a pair of shoes I could not find locally in my size. I completed the order and did not make any special shipping requests. A while later, I realized that there was a possibility I would not receive the shoes before I left town to attend a wedding, and I called to arrange expedited shipping. Your customer service representative not only provided the expedited shipping at no extra charge, but arranged for delivery before the holiday weekend, thus the shoes arrived three days earlier than expected. Thank you very, very
much for your prompt, courteous, and over-the-top service. Plus, I was able to dance pain-free at the wedding! I look forward to doing business with you again.
