Well, I bought these slippers for hubby last spring then when I took them out recently I decided to throw them in the wash. One slipper came out perfectly while the other one's insole got all bunched up inside & couldn't be worn. So I called Zappos & explained the problem & with no hesitation sent a new pair! In a matter of hours there was a new pair at my front door! Their customer service is incredible! Cannot be beat! So we are happy, but as far as the slippers go I guess they can't be machine washed? So what should one do? Throw them out when they need washing? It doesn't say how to clean them so I don't know if I would buy another pair! Zappos rocks!

 |  | Wow. Now THAT'S service. My husband has used your shoes for the past few years, since he found this particular Nike brand that worked well. He's retiring on the 30th after 32 years with UPS (never took a sick day, never missed work, and never had an accident or injury. He was last year's Utah Driver of the Year) and I told him he just HAD to get some new shoes for the occasion. They'll honor him for a few minutes before everyone takes off for the work day, so we were worried if they'd get here in time. He's told lots of UPS'ers about his shoes, and your site. Thanks for your excellent service. We'll continue using your site over all others because of your attention to detail and your excellent track record.
