WORST AND UGLIEST SHOE EVER!
Ok I ordered these shoes in an XL (4/5) and when I tried them on first of all they looked like socks or those socks that you wear with flats. Bottom line they were hideous and if you want to buy it in size XL, DO NOT. They were so ugly.

You'll love them!!
Unlike other ballet style shoes, this one doesn't pucker in the back by the heel where it could irritate. It is soft and smooth. The shoe is very flexible and extremely comfortable. They come in a cute little bag that my daughter loves. They are a little on the "delicate" side but so are most other shoes of this style.

Nine West Kids Ballerina shoes -
Shoe is good as it's flexible and size doesn't have to be exact. Folds so easy to pack. Look is ok but not like a proper ballerina shoe. Still for an almost everyday shoe it's perfect.

My daughter always wanted flats but they always came off her feet. These stay on her feet with the elastic, she loves them. Thanks Zappos for the fast shipping.

Nine West kid's Emilia -
My 10 year old loved this shoe. They looked so hip with her capri leggings and skinny jeans. They were completely comfortable and fit true to size.

Wonderful Experience!
These shoes are adorable on my granddaughter. They fit very well and are exactly as depicted in the picture. I certainly will continue to shop at zappos.com for her shoes as well as shoe for me. Its so much more relaxing than going to the mall!

 |  | Dear Zappos - I felt compelled to write to you to tell you how much I admire that way you do business. My husband and I owned and operated our own business for over 25 years. We had 72 employees and over 250 outside sales reps and generated $50 millin in sales. We too concentrated on customer service which in turn provided valued customer loyalty. So I have some understanding of what you face on a daily basis. This was my first order with Zappos. I found your site quick and easy to navigate. I placed my order on a Friday and had the shoes on Monday. I tried them on on Tuesday and the right shoe made a funny sound when I walked - like air coming out. I tried walking back and forth on my living room rug but it didn't go away. I called your Customer Service Dept. and explained the situation and immediately a return label was emailed to me and a new pair was overnnighted. How easy was that! And the person who I dealt with (who's name I unfortunately don't have) was totally professional and friendly. Now today I received a hand written thank you note from the CS rep. You can be sure that I will continue to order shoes from you and have spread the news about Zappos to all my friends! Kudos to you!
