I love these boots! I believe I bought a 9 and I'm usually 8 or 8.5 so do go a size larger. And be sure to tie the drawstring in a bow, I accidentally stepped on one of the beads at the end and broke it today :( But over all these are amazing!

Very cute style, but be careful with this style, it runs a half size smaller. You may want to buy it one size larger.

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
