 |  |  | Last evening I ordered some Sperry Top-Siders that I will need by next weekend. Everyone else I looked at would push my delivery date out to the end of next week, for a price that made me uncomfortable. I received an email during the night (I'm up at 3 am) that said my delivery method had been updated from a 3 business day order to "special priority processing." I also received an email saying that shipping had happened already at some earlier hour of the night. Now, I am totally blown away by the fact that I have already received the shoes...at 2:50pm this afternoon! I cannot thank you enough for this service and making me feel like my business was your most important of the day (or night?). Of course, I will recommend Zappos.com to anyone near me. I was a customer 3 years ago and received good service. Now, I have received the best service available, no doubt. Thanks again and we'll be doing business again in the near future.
