Disappointed - I loved the look of this bag when I bought it last year. However, the metallic wore off after several wearings.

	I awoke this morning to find my inbox with two messages from yall. One saying the shipping has been upgraded and the other with the tracking number. Well, look at that, it's already out for departure. This is my second purchase from Zappos and will most certainly not be my last. It really shows how dedicated you are to your customer base.
