Great Bag!
This bag is great! It has tons of space for all things and it also has a front section that can separate my electronics so that they are not all thrown into the bag and scratch each other up. It is comfortable and it can take a good beating, too. It is definitely worth the money, and I plan to enjoy the bag for years to come!

I really like this bag! I ordered it about a year ago because it looked like a good size. When I received it, I thought "it looks like a small messenger bag" and quickly realized that I hated the straps that attach it to your waist. The straps can be tucked away, but it made the bag really bulky. I considered sending it back for less than 2 seconds, but I really love the organization and structure of the bag...you can really find your stuff in here. So, I ended up doing some redesigning; I removed the lumbar straps completely. Now my bag and I live a happy existence!

 |  | I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online.
