Great shoe right out of the box, didn't need any breaking in. Very comfortable and light weight too. Have already used them several times for geocaching and in that tough terrain these shoes were real trail huggers.

Very comfortable right out of the box. The shoe is very lightweight and will be used to hike around Alaska this summer without being too hot. Thanks to Zappos for your speedy delivery and excellent service!

Hi, I ordered these on June 5th and received them on June 6th...WOW!! And I didn't have to pay extra for overnight. :) Zappos is true to their motto “We are a service company that just happens to sell...shoes, bags, clothing, and accessories.”

I'm happy with the shoe...It’s comfortable enough and looks nice and fits well. I'm an 8 1/2 with a medium foot. The entire shoe in person looks more like the color of the lower brown on the shoe.
I hope Zappos gets my Keen Targhee's (size 8 1/2) in the walnut color so I can buy them.
Will buy from Zappos again for sure because they have proven to me customer service comes first and that's what counts.

I'm enjoying these so much I wear them everyday for work.
They're comfortable. I walk a lot of hard cement floor buildings all day long and I stand a lot. My shoes have not bothered me at all. To get more cushioning I have inserted Spenco inserts, now they're even more comfortable. They were a great investment.
