I like these shoes, but they're a little chunkier than I thought and the strap is unusually long. I'm not exactly dainty, but I'm going to have to take the shoes in to have the velcro strap shortened. Not sure it can be done.

I love the look of these shoes, but they feel heavy when you walk and they are loud. I do love the adjustable velcro strap - very comfortable. Size was normal - I wear a 7.5 - 8 and I need the 8 in these.

 |  | I just want to say that great customer service is rare now a days. Many companies pretend to have customer service but their actions and business practice are far from it. Zappos is a true client oriented company and your actions speak louder than words. You guys are like clean water or fresh air, very basic but extremely needed. Thank you for your TRUE, HONEST, NO NONSENSE, STRAIGHT FORWARD customer support. I had to try it to believe it.
