Shoes: great, except the gold soles were a surprise - and not described on the Zappos site. I probably wouldn't have bought them had I known, but kept them anyway. Shipping: amazing, as always.

Cute, but agree that this shoe is too narrow for my medium width foot. Too flat - not comfortable for me.

These shoes are adorable and would be great for someone with a narrow foot. Unfortunately, they were much too narrow for my medium/wide foot. I hated to send them back.

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
