These shoes are CUTE, BUT they hurt!!! The knot at the toe area is a killer. When I tried them on in the store, they were fine, but once in them for about an hour... they hurt. I am now going to return them for a half size BIGGER. Hopefully, that’ll work! It’s weird because I normally wear an 8 and bought 8 1/2 and that was still too small/snug. So order 1 whole size BIGGER if you chose to get these shoes. That’s my two cents!

Fun shoe!
This shoe is amazingly comfortable, considering how high the heel is. The pewter colour is great. A word of warning: I have size 10 feet and the heel is definitely 5 inches on the size 10, I measured!

Attractive shoe and reasonably comfortable. My only complaint is that the straps in front dig into my foot - might just need to be broken in, though. I love the color of the gold (which is more of a pale silver-gold).

Sharp looking and light -
This shoe is very attractive and comfortable for the first couple of hours. After five hours in them, however, I had some serious trouble. They are really elegant and if I didn't need to wear them walking for hours, they would probably do the job just fine. I was really not expecting them to turn my feet into pretzels. However, until the fourth hour, I really enjoyed the comfort and lightweight feel of this shoe. Got many compliments as well. I was at a fundraiser and did a lot of walking around. These are not walking shoes! If they had been one inch shorter, I probably would not have had the trouble I did.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Try the shorter heel version.

Great shoe!
I was a bit nervous about this purchase, as it turns out they fit perfectly! They are comfortable, easy to walk in and look great!

The most comfortable shoe...
I bought them in every color because I can dance all night without wanting to take my shoes off!!! Plus the look amazing on the foot and because of the strap that wraps around to the side, your legs look really long! :)

Surprising for a 4" Heel -
This shoe felt great when I first put it on. I have a feeling my feet will slip once the weather becomes humid. For the most part, it's a stable heel. The cushion at the ball of the foot is great. Heel strap slips constantly and the flip flop sound when walking is loud and annoying. Not a quiet shoe for the office. A little tight for wide width feet but I have a feeling with stretch with each wear.

Soooo sexy -
I cannot believe how gorgeous and comfortable these shoes look. I've always been scared to wear heels higher than 3", but these shoes are extremely stable. You'll be hard-pressed to find another shoe with this heel height that is as comfortable as this one. My only complaint is that the black leather isn't black patent; if they were, the sexy factor would be off the charts! If they are ever made in black patent, I'll buy them again!

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
