I bought these last year, and I loved them when I first got them. The style is so cute, but the lack of quality is so disappointing. They are so cheaply made that the soles and heels began to fall apart after I had worn them only a couple of times. The rubber on the sole is completely inadequate and had worn completely through on the bottom (after only a couple of wears), which then leaves the bottom of the heel open to wear, so the jute over the back of the shoe then started to come apart at the bottom. I\'ve worn these shoes less than ten times, and the jute heel is coming apart so badly that they are now unwearable. I\'m surprised that this shoe got so many favorable reviews, and it makes me think that people must be reviewing these sandals right when they received them. For the price I paid, I expected to be able to use these for at least 1-2 summers. Instead, they look completely trashed after less than 10 wears. I feel ripped off, and I\'m so disappointed that Zappos would sell such a cheaply made product. (And isn\'t Fitzwell a Zappos brand?)

They just arrived today and I love them! The camel color is a perfect neutral shade and the heel is not too high and not too low - just right and easy to walk in. I disagree that they run small. I think they are true to size, but if you are between sizes, go up.

Nice, classic sandal - I have been looking for a classy black espadrille just like this for years! This shoe is absolutely adorable. I don't usually like bows, but these are subtle and nice, and these shoes look really great on. Your feet and legs will look gorgeous! I wasn't sure I wanted to pay this much money at this point, but I just had foot surgery and have been having trouble with all of my shoes. They either rub the incision or I can't wear them yet because the heels are too high. These sandals are perfect. The leather is really gentle on my feet – even the extra sensitive new skin over my scar. And the heels are high enough to make my legs look slim, but low enough that my foot doesn't hurt at all. The one weird thing, there is a strange bump under the heels. I think it is the extra padding Fitzwell is known for. It isn't that uncomfortable, just feels a little strange. I'm sure that I will get used to it after wearing them a little. I did get a half size larger and they fit perfectly. I definitely recommend these as a classic everyday sandal. They can be worn with dresses or even used to class up shorts. A good investment that you will pull out of your closet summer after summer.

Runs 1/2 size small, but very cute shoe!
Unfortunately I didn't listen to the reviews that this shoe runs 1/2 size small. I ordered an 8.5 but definitely could've ordered a 9. I do get compliments all the time on these shoes. Very cute little espadrille.

Cute shoe...not much support -
When I saw this shoe, I fell in love with it and had to have it! I did see on prior reviews that it ran small, so I did order a 7-1/2 vs my regular 7. I guess that was a wise choice... while I did keep these shoes, they just don't feel "right". No support at all through the arch for me, all the weight is on the heel and ball of the foot. I don't know if the 7 would have worked... As for looks, they are adorable and look so cute on the foot. I'd recommend this shoe for an office where there is not a lot of walking required.

Adorable!
I just received these shoes today, which I ordered yesterday and by surprise they sent them to me overnight. They are really adorable! Unfortunately I listened to most of the testimonials on here which said to order a half size larger which was a big mistake :( These shoes are true to size. I have to send them back now because they are too big. The appearance of them are sooo cute. I’m so mad I have to wait another couple of days for the new pair to come. The only complaint I had was some of the sole was lifting and I didn’t even put them on yet. So they would have had to go back anyway. Adorable pic though! Definitely Buy!!! They are sooo cute!

I actually thought this was a very cute shoe (purchased in red) but it was not comfortable on my narrow, somewhat flat foot. If it had just a bit more arch support it would be great. I usually wear a 9.5 in sandals and the 10 was an okay fit (it's a narrow 10), just not enough support.

The ugliest, most uncomfortable shoe I have EVER tried on!
I ordered these because I work at a shoe store and need to wear shoes that are cute (but comfortable enough to stand in for 5-8 hours at a time).
This shoe got such good reviews, and even though I did have my doubts about the look of them, I decided to order them.
Big mistake! For one thing, the leather is cheap looking (and feeling) and the red color is much darker than in the picture (and not in a good way). Definitely not a spring color. The fit of the shoe was terrible on every count, and the shoe looks incredibly cheap, both in looks and in construction.

Great sandal, but runs small!
I love this sandal, in fact so much, that I couldn't wait for my correct size to arrive. I read all the reviews about it running small, so I crossed my fingers and ordered an 8W when I ALWAYS wear a 7M. Lo and behold, it fit perfectly! I couldn't believe it. Definitely, definitely order one size up and you will love it. A very comfortable shoe for the height and I normally am a flip-flop, flat sandals gal. Love Zappos!

These sandals were indeed smaller than marked. I always wear a 6W, and the ones I ordered were too small and I returned them for a 6 1/2 W, which fit perfectly.

Great Summer Shoe!
Really cute and really comfortable! I wore them (brand new...no breaking in!) to an open house and was on my feet for hours! They were perfect!

Very cute-but not so easy to walk in -
These sandals are so very cute, with a nice lower wedge heel. Not quite so easy to walk in, but the forefoot is nice and wide so your feet have plenty of room.

I love Fitzwell and have several other pairs, but these were a serious let down. They were SO small I couldn't even get them on. They're going back... STAT.

Surprisingly comfortable and cute!
I walk about a mile each way to get to work. This means I usually have to wear pretty comfortable shoes if I don't want to suffer! I thought I’d try these because they were labeled as being comfortable, just to have a fun shoe to wear that was possibly not too uncomfortable at the same time. These really surprised me because they were way more comfortable than I thought they'd be! I have another pair in a very similar style that i got at banana republic and that pair absolutely killed my feet. These are such a similar style, but they actually don't pull or hurt anywhere! For something that is so strappy and on a wedge, I wasn't expecting it to be true! :) They were totally comfortable on my way TO work and as I walked around the office all day. On the way back they started to rub a little on the very back of my heels where the back strap is. This is still so much better than most shoes like this, so I think they're pretty comfy! Next time I’ll just take the bus back when I’m wearing these instead of walking it and I’ll be fine. Or maybe my heel will even get used to it - it was very minor compared to what some shoes do to me walking so much! I got the sand color and they look great with jeans and pretty much anything. The color looks especially pretty if your feet are a little bit tan for summer! I read the reviews that said to order up a half size. This worked perfectly for me. I am normally either an 8 1/2 or a 9. I went with the 9 and they are just right.

I have a wide foot and have a hard time finding something this cute in the stores. Thank you for carrying 6.5 W. My hubby loves it and it is amazingly comfortable! Five stars!!!

Ouch!!
This shoe will need help for me to wear. Extremely uncomfortable. But, I will keep them. I will wear them for short periods of time when I'm not walking a lot. I still like the look of the shoe, though.

Amazing Shoes!!
These are some of the best shoes that I've ever bought. They are super comfortable (no pinching anywhere), and they are really adorable. I would recommend these shoes to anyone.

Very disappointing -
I got the black in a size 9, and I wear an 8.5. They run very small, my toe was hanging over. They look a little cheap in person too. I wouldn't go for this shoe, honestly. I have other Fitzwell (two pair of the Lana which are fabulous). Their shoes are strange though because some are true to size and some run incredibly small so read the reviews...they are true!

Strappy and cute. Ankle strap fits high and sexy. Would like it better without the bow on top. Wide width is a must for most of my shoes and these fit great!

The Fitzwell Dania Wedge -
This is my first pair shoes of "Fitzwell Dania". I loved the look as soon I opened the box. The fit is perfect. I recommend ordering your exact size, product runs true to size. The velvet leather is so comfortable!!! Love these shoes, they're very feminine. When you walk in them, the heel cushion is so comfortable. I would buy more of the same. Also, every time I deal with a rep at Zappos, I receive excellent customer service. Gotta love that. I would also like to add - the shoes were packed in individual baggies and included
in the shoe box was a satin shoe bag!!! I love everything about these shoes. I am a 64 yr. old (retired) fashion forward female and recommend these for fashion, style, and comfort for women of all ages. Because this is a wedge, you will not feel you are walking on really high heels. I even wear these with the long shorts (knee length), they are fabulous. Pretty and Functional!
I bought these in the Red Kid. The very first day I wore them the bottom rubber part of my left foot pulled apart. But I will just take them to the cobbler to have that 2 inch part glued back on. Don't want to return them because they are cute cute cute and today alone I've gotten 6 compliments on them! The reviewers were right though-they do run small, so I bought them a 1/2 size up and they fit perfect.
