These shoes rock. They are very comfortable and give great support. Whenever I need a shoe Zappos is there for me. I am the envy of my rugby team!

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
