 |  |  | It all started a month ago when I went to Las Vegas with my girl friends. We were shopping, gambling, and having a great time. We walked through the mall there on the way to the train. I saw the cutest shoes in the window and went in. I loved them, bought them and wished I had waited so I didn't have to carry them all day but, Oh Well. Then it was the last day and we were at the airport and my friends were going to a different terminal so we were killing time before our planes left and there at the airport in the window were the shoes I had just bought days before, on sale. Upset, I went in the store and found another pair I really liked so I bought them. I had to leave the box behind because it wouldn't fit in my carry on. Anyway, last Wednesday I wore the first pair to work. It was the first time I had worn them so I took another pair of shoes just in case I got blisters or they hurt my feet (that wasn't necessary!). So I have to tell you that I am a big woman. I had just bought a cute dress (as cute as you can get in my size) and my new black ONEX shoes. To my surprise EVERYONE told me how nice I looked. I am a secretary at an elementary school. I was getting some folders for one of our teachers and she was behind me and she said, "De, you look sexy." Well I almost fell over. No one (except my husband and he has to) has ever in my life told me that. Me...sexy? I was so shocked. I decided it had to be the shoes because they made me feel good and they were soooo comfortable and soooo cute. OK, so all day I kept telling everyone that I bought them in Las Vegas and they had to try them on because they wouldn't believe how comfortable they were. My assistant principal went home and looked them up online. So did I because I wanted to know if anyone in Albuquerque sold them. That's when I found your web site. So I looked at everything and decided to order another pair. I made a favorite list and filled out the information. I am old school and I don't order online so I wrote down the phone # and called. Still unsure about ordering I spoke to a fabulous woman, she was funny and helpful and told me about 6pm.com. I wanted to see if there was something else I might want so I told her I would call back. I didn't find anything. When I called back I got another wonderful woman but she couldn't find the # of the shoes I wanted so I went back online to get the #. Then when I called last night at 7:30ish I talked to someone else. I ordered the shoes and he told me he would send them next day air at no charge. Well you could have knocked me over with a feather (not an easy task!), so I told him if he was going to do that I would order two pair. I did. Today when I got home at 4:30 there on my doorstep were my ONYX shoes. What, are you guys trying to give a heart attack? NEVER in my 51 years on this Earth have I ever dealt with such customer service. WOW! I called a co-worker to tell her what happened and she asked if I minded if she bought a pair. She has already called by now. Anyway I have to tell you and everyone else what a fabulous company you guys run and I can't wait to have a closer look online to order more shoes. I am a shopaholic.
