Great Taryn Rose shoe -
My daughter gave me these shoes in black patent leather for Christmas and to be frank, I was not familiar with this designer, as my choice of shoe designer was Charles Jourdan and Via Spiga for many years. I was absolutely surprised and pleased at the comfort and the beauty of the shoe when I tried them on and immediately looked to see if there were other colors, and was lucky to find there was a brown which I promptly bought. They are extremely comfortable, with a heel that looks high but is deceivingly comfortable; really, it makes you feel like you are walking in the most comfortable sneakers, with style and flair. These shoes are for a woman of any age. I had stopped traveling in high heels but actually wore them on a recent trip which took me through a Miami airport which has lengthy walks between gates. These shoes were perfect for the occasion as they are truly comfortable and beautiful. I really have to thank my daughter again for introducing me to a really classy comfortable shoe.

Oh my gosh! I don't even have the words to describe how happy I am to receive this pair of shoes. First of all, I want to share how amazed I am for the incredible service Zappos has. I just ordered my shoes last night and I got them this morning, what an incredible fast delivery service zappos has, it is just amazing. Ok, now about the shoes, they look much better than in the picture of the web. They are soooo stylish, they are just beautiful, now these are my favourite pair of shoes ever. It looks great with everything! And i mean it! Everything! Pencil skirts, jeans, etc. they are sooo comfortable! The height is just perfect! And has a lot of arch support! I will buy from Zappos again and of course more Taryn Rose. Even though they are pricey, it’s worth every penny. I'm so happy with my shoes!!!

This is a very sleek and stylish shoe. I am not used to such high heels, so it will take me a while to get used to the height. I love the stretch it has throughout the foot. Overall, you can't go wrong with a Taryn Rose shoe.

Classic and sophisticated -
When first I tried on these shoes, they were very comfortable which led to my decision to keep them. They are beautiful and classic and I'm sure I'll have them for as long as they hold up which I hope is a few years. I wore them to the office today and the problem that I ran into was the fabric top. I have a high inseam and toward the end of the work day the top of my feet were aching due to the unrelenting pressure from the fabric. I literally had to take the shoes off and walk around in my stocking feet for a couple of hours. I'm hoping the shoes stretch over time.

I’m in love with this shoe. I love how it looks, and it goes with so many looks. I can dress it up or down. The real testament was being able to dance in it comfortably. The best shoe purchase I have ever made. Bravo Taryn!

This is a fantastic bootie -
I am very hard to fit--one of my feet is a full half size larger than the other--so I try on a lot of shoes. This bootie is the max. It's stretchy so it's really comfy, but it's got really great lines. The platform heel is stacked, but still slim, it's got top stitching in all the right places and it's really comfortable. Taryn Rose is famous for her comfy footbeds--this isn't quite so true with the Taryn by Taryn Rose line--I did add a little extra pad below my toes. I live in NYC though and so I do a lot of walking. If you're the type of person who drives, these will be your favorite shoes. Gorgeous

I found these shoes to be comfortable. My only complaint is that if you have a high instep, they feel a little tight on the upper part of the foot with prolonged wearing. I'm hoping that over time they will stretch there. The heel is a good height for me and there's an extra something at the ball of the foot which gives added comfort.

Stylin' and profilin' - but not for teachers -
If you teach on linoleum all day, don't try wearing these to school. Wear them out with your friends/husband, or any time when you will be on softer surfaces and/or able to sit down part of the time. For reference, I don't wear heels too often at work because of all the walking around and standing I do, I just hoped these would be the all-day heels. Oh well... They look great with jeans!

I ordered these to try out, not really thinking I'd end up with them (I was really looking for a lace-up high-heeled oxford). But, these were SO comfortable they were the only ones I could live with of the three styles I tried out. They are very soft inside--nothing to pinch and cause blisters, unlike the others. I wish they were a little edgier looking, but the classic style is very versatile and looks sexy with tights and a mini dress. In the end, the fact that I could walk around town all day in them without being in pain won out over the edgy factor.

Timeless style; comfortable like a ballet slipper with breathable nylon wrap. I go all day in this boot without fatigue. Buy both colors and you have a winter wardrobe.
