LOOKS great but uncomfortable - Ordered in D width and it feels as narrow as a B width. No cushioning inside. Feels as if my feet are rubbing against tough cardboard and the arch support feels non existent. Wore it for 24 hrs and it still feels stiff. Felt as unsupportive as my teenager’s Chuck Taylors.

My tennies and my 4th NB shoes -
Excellent shoe. I walk/run and my feet are very comfortable by the time I get done. I would recommend for anyone.

The shoe looks good. It seems to run a little short, the width is as expected. It does not offer a lot of support especially in the arch area.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Other brands of NB are good, be sure to look for good arch support and order 1/2 size larger than normal.

I love the overall look and feel of these shoes, however, the heel (inside) feels a little weird. I guess it has to do with the construction of the sole, but it feels like your heel is in a cup. I've been walking in these a lot lately, with really bad feet, and they seem to be comfortable enough.

Comfy heel!
This shoe is very soft and flexible and lightweight! The heel is really soft and comfortable. There isn't any arch support but I didn't need any. Best of all - I ordered them at 9:30 pm on a Wednesday with the standard free shipping and I received them the very next day. Zappos is super!

This shoe feels great when you first slip it on. The toe box is nice and wide, laces up good, however after wearing for a short time you notice there is not much padding in the front of the shoe and very little arch.

Fantastic shoe -
New Balance did a great job on this one. This is an incredibly comfortable shoe. I've run in these two times and they may need a slight break in period, but they have been pretty comfortable right out of the box. I put Spencos in and that helps with cushion. I have a really narrow foot, so the B width is perfect for me. I got a 9.5, which is a pretty typical size for me although sometimes I can get away with a 9. I couldn't in this shoe however. Unfortunately Zappos wasn't carrying these at the time I bought mine (just a week ago), but I use Zappos when possible. Zappos has the best service of any online store ever!
