Best Customer Service Ever! Wow, I really thought customer service was a lost art, but not at Zappos. I placed my order by phone and was treated exceptionally. I would highly recommend Zappos, actually I already have. I wish other companies would treat their customers like I was treated. Thank you for a great shopping experience. Oh, and my husband loves his shoes!

Really comfy shoes. Only issue was I had to get a half size smaller than I normally do for them to fit. Overall they are a great shoe.

I've had these shoes for about a month now, and they are definitely the best shoes that I have ever owned. I have a muscle condition called CMT and it's very difficult to find a comfortable shoe. They're very light and have a very comfortable insole. The only thing that I don't like about them is that they scuff very easily.

Fit the niche -
Now that most work days are spent in chinos and not suits, I needed more shoes. These fit the bill. Great with more casual wear. In a pinch when traveling can get away with them under a suit. Very comfy so far. As Rockports seem to be slipping slipping, looking to other brands.

I was disappointed with how these look in person. I did not realize that several of the stripes were of a contrasting texture. It did immediately seem soft and comfortable (the upper is fairly thickly padded), but it was hard to judge how they would feel walking since they were also a half size too large for me.

More Comfortable Than Rockports -
I really like the Clark's Espace. It is more comfortable than Rockports and is a very stylish shoe for work. I am a waiter and they are very worthy of being on your feet for many hours.

Great Comfort Dress Shoe -
This is the perfect shoe for when you need to dress up, but still want comfort and casual. It looks great, and feels fine, except a little heavy. It was a great purchase in my mind, and will be worn on many occasions

OH, SHUCKS -
Though the catalog lists these as EE width, they are only a "W" and thus too tight. I'm disappointed, because they are really good looking. We'll be trying out the return policy to see how well it works!

 |  | I would like to commend Zappos for the fine service that I receive. My wife has an extremely difficult foot to fit and because of Zappos she is able to order shoes online. We have been extremely satisfied with the service and one day service that is provided. She wears a 9.5 in a 4A.
