At first I thought this bag would be too big, and for everyday use, it is a little. But for travel or if you like to carry a lot of stuff, this is a great bag! I\'ve gotten used to its size now. \r\n\r\nThere are pockets galore and they\'re all easy to get to. I love to be hands free when I travel and this works great. And if you don\'t need to use it around your waist, you can stuff the handles into pockets in the back and it converts to a hand-held bag. It\'s canvas, which I prefer over leather, and is very versatile.

I've considered getting a roomy fanny pack for some time. The purchase of a new but bulky digital camera put me over the top. I confess I did some serious comparative shopping in a retail sporting goods store to select the perfect bag. A balance of size, compartments, zippers, closure, reinforcing straps, etc. The North Face came out on top. I then came to Zappos for the great savings. As always, the order was handled flawlessly.

Too bulky and strappy -
I was looking for a traveling bag to take on a vacation that can house a SLR camera amongst other items. A lumbar pack seemed like a great idea so that I can keep my upper body free to take pictures. I think this bag has great storage, but too big for my 5' frame. The straps to go around the waist is way too big for me. Although you can convert it to a shoulder bag, the waist straps totally get in the way and makes it very uncomfortable to carry. Lots of potential, but just not for me. Thank Zappos! I can return it with minimal hassles.

I was very surprised when I received an email telling me my order priority had been moved up just because you appreciated my business. Well, I have to say the very same to you.
