I purchased in black and brown in size 9. I really like the look of each (different skins). They slip off in the heel but I\'m afraid had I bought a half size smaller my toes would be pinched. Regardless, I wear both pairs regularly!

Love these shoes! Very comfortable to wear and very durable. Bought the same pair last year, but in silver and so glad to see they brought them back in other colors. Great to wear to work or even with jeans. Can't wait to wear them!

Finally! A chic flat shoe!
I have been looking for a chic, pointed black flat shoe for months. There are so many rounded and square toe shoes out there - I knew I'd find what I needed on the Zappos site!

I bought these flats to commute in and am very happy with the comfort and fit. They may be a bit narrow in the toe for some. I like them because they look much more professional than ballet flats.

Adorable? Yes! Comfortable? No! I love Sam Edelman! I own a pair of his boots, sandals, & another pair of flats. However, I am very disappointed in this pair. I love the style but hate the fit. I mean flats are supposed to be comfortable, right? I got blisters in several different spots: on my heel, toes and even on the side of my foot, and this wasn't because the shoes were too small either. Maybe these just need to be broken in? I'm hoping they'll get more comfy with time/wear. I wouldn't recommend this shoe, unless you're willing to sacrifice pain for style.

These black flats are definitely stylish and go with everything, but I do not feel they are worth the price, as the material around the back of the heel was rubbing my heel even just walking around the house. Expected a better quality leather, I guess. I would also order half a size up if pointed-toe shoes often pinch your toes. I found the extra 1/2 size really helped my comfort level, yet I could not get over the heel rubbing issue. So these are going back. My search for the perfect black flat continues!

Ordered my normal dress shoe size and these run slightly small; order up half a size if you need more room for your toes. I decided not to keep these because, frankly, for the price these shoes should be better constructed/softer leather. The sides and heel area of the shoe rub against my foot while walking, which I know would rub my skin raw. The foot bed does have more padding than other flats I've tried on/own. These do have fabulous style and show some toe cleavage to make them sexy enough for night or day, so if you're willing to sacrifice some skin, go for it.

Pretty and comfortable -
This little flat has nice interior cushioning that increases comfort, and really isn't completely flat which also helps. I wouldn't call it arch support really, but it's much better than wearing ballet flats for those of us with high maintenance feet. It's true to size, and I wore it to work the day after it arrived. Much walking and no blisters and many compliments. I ordered silver and like their look with pantsuits and jeans. I highly recommend them.

Nice basic flat -
I bought these in an 8 (my normal shoe size in most brands) and they fit really well. They were kind of snug when first putting them on, but due to the material, stretched out a bit as I wore them. I can walk a few miles around town without much discomfort, so I call these a success! I also like how the sole is all rubber; this reduces slipping and sliding on the pavement...

I wear these every day.
They have become the go to shoe. I work but walk-commute to get there, and they are absolutely perfect. They are very attractive on, and very comfy.

I am always looking for a comfortable, good looking, and low heel black shoe for work. This fit the bill exactly. Simple, classic clean lines. Why don't more designers make this shoe!?!

Cute, but uncomfortable -
These shoes were exactly what I was looking for- a chic, pointy flat. But when I tried them on they were rigid and uncomfortable. Also because they are man-made uppers, I didn't have the confidence that they would ever break-in like a leather shoe. I almost kept them because they were so cute and looked great, but I had to be realistic and knew that if they were uncomfortable in my apartment, they would be a nightmare walking around in NYC. They are getting returned...

A classy, dressy low-heeled shoe - I loved the looks of this shoe, but I have thin, boney, sensitive feet, and this shoe was stiff in places and just wasn't as comfortable to justify the price. I have 2 other Sam Edleman pointy-toe flats, which are SOFT leather, and I wear them all the time in the winter, but this one wasn't as comfortable as the others.

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
