	To whom it may concern, I recently ordered shoes from you and they where not the best fit. I called to sort out the exchange. Being a regular online shopper I was kind of expecting that half hearted assistant I am so used to with other stores. I have been very impressed with every aspect of Zappos.com and will certainly be a regular from now on. The web site is easy to navigate, the customer service guy was top notch and I also love the greeting on the phone line. I am so sick of hearing "please listen to all menu prompts as some have recently changed" from other places. I'm hooked on Zappos. I will be around for a while. Regards Rachael D
