	I just wanted to let you guys know how pleased I am with the Zappos service. You guys are truly amazing. I ordered my shoes yesterday at 12:58PM, I opted for the free standard shipping and to my shock when I arrived at my office this morning, the shoes were here waiting for me. I know customer service usually deals with complaints, etc... However, I think it's important to also let customer service know when you are extremely happy with the service.
