Very stylish and comfy boots to wear. The heel is not overwhelming at all. I wear mine with socks and the fit is still great. Enjoy them a lot!

I own this boot in all three colors. The black and grey are awesome, very soft suede and perfect, fit like a dream and are comfy and great looking. The tan ones are slightly different. The suede is stiffer, inside not as padded, and fit a little tighter than the other two. I found this strange; it's the same boot but not identical. Still I have to say that if you want a comfortable boot that looks sharp and has a heel, yet feels easy to walk in all day and has a great crepe-rubber non-slip sole, "Maddie" is the one. Sam Edelman hit the mark here.

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle.
