 |  |  | Wow! Very happy with your customer service at Zappos! Can I just tell you how incredibly grateful I am for your amazing service? I ordered this same pair of shoes from another online shoe store on 5/21, thinking that the service would be similar to Zappos. Boy, was I wrong. Yesterday after I had not heard about the status on the shoes, I emailed customer service and while they were pleasant and helpful, it was clear that the shoes were not going to ship as I expected they would, nor would they arrive in time for a wedding I have on May 30th. I cancelled the order and didn't know what to do until I thought about Zappos. I figured I would see if I could put a rush on the order and pay a little extra figuring it would be likely that I wouldn't receive them at the end of the week. You exceeded my expectations beyond belief!!! I placed the order around 10:00pm (EST) last night and by 12:00 pm (EST) today, they were delivered to my front door. And they are beautiful!!! I don't know why I would ever try to buy another pair of shoes from anyone else. You have a customer for life! Please tell all the people who work for Zappos, from customer service to shipping and receiving, to payroll and accounting and up, that your business model and company rocks!
