Right out of the box, I could tell that the boots were not as pictured. The only way to describe them is flat and shapeless. I am sending them back. I tried them on briefly and they seemed comfortable.

Comfortable boot - These boots are so comfortable. No break in period required. The only problem is that they are very fitted so that only a nylon hose will fit comfortably. Regular socks make the boot too snug. Since they are leather, they may stretch. Ordering a larger size would have just made them too long because they are not too short. They fit best barefoot, but that is not practical for Midwestern winters.
