I got these shoes in black. They are sized correctly. I love the look and comfort right out of the box! There are only a few shoe brands I can wear, all European, and this is one. Zappos has great delivery and return service! Cannot go wrong with Zappos or this shoe!

I have had several pairs of Josef Seibels shoes. They have all been extremely comfortable. I do have very hard feet to please. These shoes did not have the hugging soft feel that my other shoes have had. They felt hard and not very flexible. I returned them. The service that I received from Zappos was far beyond any service that I have ever encountered and I will continue to do business with them as long as we both shall live!!! Not just next day delivery, but also, in exchanging these shoes and the next day delivery, before they even got these shoes back. I was totally awed and still tell everyone I know.

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs.
