I have a very hard to fit small foot and flat feet. The 5-5.5 fit perfectly. The adjustable strap means that the shoe stays on my foot. Even the heel is comfortable without rubbing. The shoe is too shallow for orthotics. I would have liked a bit more arch support, but the shoe is very comfortable. And very attractive. I\'ll probably keep it.

These are the best shoes I've bought in a long time. I usually only buy Josef Seibel because of the fit and these are perfect. I am a true 8.5,or 39. They look great with pants or a skirt and are very comfortable. This is important because like a lot of customers at Zappos, I have problem feet and toes. The square box works best for me.

I love these shoes! They are a very dark brown patent leather, the button is a non-shiny brass color. They are a good fit for me. In most shoes I take an 8 Medium, but sometimes they are a tad narrow, depending on the style and brand. These are just right! They run a little wider as a Medium, and the toe area is squared off! Good combination! My first Josef Seibel. I don't know why I waited so long!

have been wearing them around the house for 4 hours now to make sure they are comfortable before deciding to keep them... no breaking in required, they are instantly comfortable.

I will not wear an uncomfortable shoe so it is very hard for me to find nice looking shoes. Many stylish comfort shoes look alike. These shoes are really distinctive. Josef Seibel Kathrin has it all: style, comfort, and support.

These are the cutest comfort shoes you could ever wish to own. I've been wearing this brand for a long time. I've recently needed to put insert in my shoe, so I had to buy them with some room. They fit great, are comfortable to stand for long periods of time, and just way adorable.

I’ve bought Joseph Seibel shoes in the past in size 35. The 35s are a bit short in the toe, but I have somewhat narrow feet so I was always afraid to go up in size. This time I ordered the Kathrin in size 36. It was definitely good in the length, but a little too loose in the depth of the shoe. With an ortho cushioned insole from another pair of shoes on top on the existing insole and the adjustability of the velcro strap, the fit was now perfect. Comfort: very good. I can walk for miles. I usually walk 30 minutes to and from my train station. Looks: I like the quirky, unique style. Very European. Looks great w/ my trousers and skinny jeans, cuffed. The shiny patent leather makes it look sharp.

Very comfortable shoe -
I love wearing this shoe. Very comfortable. No break in time...comfortable from the start.
It is very cute with the patent leather and square toe. I wear it with slacks and jeans. At first I was thinking that these are shoes my mother would wear, but with the slacks, they look very chic.
I would buy them again.

I was looking for a comfortable shoe to wear with jeans to dress pants. It works great! The only thing I feel is that my feet sweat in this shoe.

Classy shoe -
I have a wide foot, but this shoe did not offer a wide size. I was pleasantly surprised that it fits for the most part. It was a little snug across the toes, but after some wear, this loosened up. The strap across the top is adjustable with velcro to accommodate a wider or more narrow foot. Other than the toes being snug at first, the shoe felt like a slipper!

Style and comfort -
You can't go wrong with the Josef Seibel shoe. This shoe has comfort and style, and if you like patent leather, this one is wonderful. The toe is a bit square-shaped, but very roomy for the toes, and I was able to wear these out of the box without any discomfort. True to size. Looks great with jeans. The top strap is secured with velcro so easy to do and undo.

Comfy yet stylish -
I bought these shoes 4 days ago and have worn them everyday since. They look great with jeans and trousers. I wear 7-7.5 Narrow and I got 38 and added some Dr. Scholls inserts. Fits great. Comfortable too. This is my first pair of Joseph Seibel shoes.
