I'll come back for this shoe! It's so soft, well made and very comfortable, but I need a 1/2 size bigger (10M instead of 9 1/2M).

My Favorite Shoe Purchases in a Long Time!
I'm an attorney and need comfortable yet professional good-looking shoes for the office - nearly impossible to find! I ordered the Callan in Black Patent and Dark Brown Patent and they are everything I wished for. In my opinion, they run true to size (I usually am a size 7 and the 7 wide fit me perfectly). My only gripe is that I wish there was an extra notch in the heel strap. Other than that, they're absolutely perfect! The dark brown patent has a pretty golden shimmer in the sunlight and the black patent looks so sharp. Zappos service is phenomenal. Ordered the day before and received them the next day!

Runs 1/2 size small -
I loved this shoe, but it runs a half size small--I'm a classic 9M and it turns out I need a 9 1/2, so I'm returning them. Well made shoe, comfortable, a great look with dress slacks which is what I bought them for. I'm a trainer and consultant so I'm on my feet in front of the room and walking miles through airports a lot, and these would have been perfect. I'll put in my request for a 9 1/2 (they're out of it in the dark brown patent) and hope.

Small toe box -
Pretty cute shoe. Heel is short enough for everyday use, but the toe box is very small. I ordered a wide and there still wasn't enough room for my toes. I think it's because there is padding in the toe box, so it doesn’t leave much room for your toes. I returned them.

Beautiful and comfy, except for the toe - These shoes are gorgeous (in dark brown patent) and were very comfy when I wore them in my house. At work the next day, however, my toes were very cramped. I am going to exchange for a half size up. I hope it works because I love the look of this shoe!

This shoe is very stylish. My 24 yr. old daughter was impressed that I had ordered it. The patent leather was softer and more considerate of my bunions and hammer toe, but I did order it in the dark brown leather which is really a smart looking shoe… but a stiffer feel.

Very pretty shoe makes my feet look smaller. It seemed short in length, however, and I will be returning it for a larger size. It seems as if it will be comfortable, which is unusual for me since I usually avoid heels.

Almost Perfect -
This shoe was very nice and seemed like it would be very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was about 1/2 size too small. Since I wear an 11, there was no bigger size to order! I really liked the rounded toe box. Oh well - I'll keep trying!

I love the look of these shoes because they have a nice looking, lower heel. I can wear them with pants or a dress without having to wear a high heel, but the toe area is pretty tight and didn't loosen up with wear. I wore the shoes to work yesterday and still have blisters on the bottoms of both feet (around the balls of my feet and the sides of my toe). I'm hoping they'll eventually loosen up. Everything else felt right except the tightness around the front tip of the shoe.

Liked the look of the shoe but it was just a tad too tight in the toes. Felt fine at first but wearing the shoes for several hours got a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps I'm just too accustomed to wearing flats, and I do have really big toes.

Sofft not for me - I usually wear a 9W. Even in the wide width, my toes were pinched and squished down into this shoe. It was too small, but I don't think going up a size would have helped. I have to say that after trying a few of this brand, it's not for me.

Love these shoes!
I finally found a pair of heels that look great and feel wonderful. Wore them to my daughter’s graduation, lots of standing and walking and not a pinch, blister, or aching arch. I actually forgot I was in heels! The dark brown patent is beautiful. Almost sparkles in the sun. Will try another pair of Sofft!

Dashed hopes...I had high hopes, based on reviews, but these shoes didn't work for me. I tried the 10W, but these still felt narrow to me (my feet are only a tiny bit wide at the forefoot), and the heel strap didn't secure my foot well enough. Each step resulted in a strong heel slap. I was disappointed, because I'm still looking for closed-toe work options in black.

New Shoes -
I ordered these shoes because I had seen them in a store and they did not have my size. I wear an 11 narrow. I really like the way they look. I can't honestly rate the comfort as I have some problems with my toes and it is extremely difficult for me to find comfortable shoes.

What a great dress shoe for someone like me who usually wears Birkenstocks or New Balance. They are comfortable and they FIT my 9 1/2 Narrow foot. I bought the brown patent for my son's wedding & like the retro but classy look.

I wear these when I take the kids to the park. Walking in any thing else would be crazy. I have to run around to keep up with my kids. Excellent traction on the cement in the sand or wet grass. Really digs in. Sturdy heel on gravel. Comfortable.

Great Shoe!!!!
I was reluctant to spend so much for this shoe, but I was desperate to find a comfortable shoe to wear with business attire. THIS SHOE IS IT!!! The generous toe box, medium heel and padded heel and insole makes this a shoe I can wear 14 hours with absolutely ZERO DISCOMFORT. All this in a very pretty shoe that I get compliments on every. I recommend this shoe to everyone who has difficulty finding a shoe that is comfortable all day and into the night.
