This shoe, while good looking and sturdy, ran a bit small in the length, and for me, at least, it felt a bit wide, so the fit was a bit sloppy for me. So I was hesitant to order the next size up because I figured the width would still be a problem for me. I have a medium-width foot, and am a pronator who uses orthotic shoe inserts. This shoe does accommodate orthotics.

	I ordered my shoes after 6pm on Nov. 2, and when I drove in my driveway the next afternoon (4pm) they were waiting on the front step...WOW! Not even 24 hours had passed, incredible. Thanks so much for the upgrade in shipping. Everyone in the break room at work this morning heard about it and several ladies said “are they from Zappos?” You have a great reputation, congratulations!
