This shoe, while good looking and sturdy, ran a bit small in the length, and for me, at least, it felt a bit wide, so the fit was a bit sloppy for me. So I was hesitant to order the next size up because I figured the width would still be a problem for me. I have a medium-width foot, and am a pronator who uses orthotic shoe inserts. This shoe does accommodate orthotics.

 |  | I do not know of any way that you could improve your GREAT service to me unless you personally delivered to my front door. You people are wonderful and I speak of ZAPPOS to everyone, especially the people at the gym where I work out and quite often am asked where I get my shoes.
