Comfortable at first, but...
I wore these shoes to a wedding last weekend and found them to be surprisingly comfortable for the first several hours. But after about 6 hours, I couldn't wait to get out of them. Maybe it's because I'm just not used to wearing more than a one-inch heel (I'm tall), but my feet hurt with every step. I think they're great for occasions, if you don't have to wear them all day. I got the blue and matched it to my dress. I had also ordered the black, but was told by friends that they made my feet look like they were in prison. The blue was more subtle, and I liked the way they look on my feet. Also, I normally wear a 12, but the 12s were gigantic on me, so I got an 11 and it fit fine.

Cute and Dressy -
I wear these often to work and they work out well with pants and dresses. But, these shoes are a bit tight on me. I am a size 8, wide and I ordered a 1/2 size up. I've done this with other Clarks shoes when a wide was not offered and it has worked out well. I have to pull tight on the Velcro strap to make sure they stay on. They have loosed up with wear, so I'm keeping them.

Comfort before style -
I purchased these hoping to find a truly comfortable but dressy shoe for a wedding; they are quite comfortable, but the heel is a bit on the clunky side; I found them to be not dressy enough for what I had in mind. I am a huge Clarks fan; wear almost nothing but Clarks, have been please that Clarks is branching out to more stylish shoes, but would not consider the heel on this shoe to have quite made it.

Bought for a wedding; wearing them to work and on the town -
Love these shoes. Sometimes Clarks are a little too narrow for me. But these are the perfect low heel. Got them in the blue/green color, and they totally pop with browns/neutrals. Very comfortable. A little noisy when walking, but that may be going away.

Fun for summer -
Great comfortable summer sandal and sexy looking too. They fit well, not too high and the straps are very easy on the foot. I would recommend these for anyone wanting a sexy looking pair of summer sandals.

Just the right heel, style, and comfort -
I have been wearing them for a couple of weeks now. Am a petite person, so have to wear heels most of the time. And am not too happy about it! However, with these shoes I found the perfect combination of heel, comfort, and style. Love them.

Pretty AND comfortable - a perfect pair of shoes!
I bought these shoes to go with a brown bridesmaid dress and was thrilled the second I saw them in the box. The mixture of colors in the straps mean they'll go with many outfits AND makes them look twice as expensive. Then I tried them on and didn't want to take them off. They're so comfortable and such a perfect fit (and I'm a size 11) and my girlfriends keep telling me how great they look too. The thicker heel and padded foot are heavenly and I know I can stand in them for hours and dance the night away, thus making me the perfect maid of honor. If you're thinking about these shoes, try them. I think you'll be very happy.

I love Clarks and I love Zappos!
This shoe was cute and comfortable. I love the velcro strap! The heel height was just perfect and the fact that it's a little wider made the shoe feel stable enough to dance in.

Disappointed -
I love the look of this shoe; however, I am extremely disappointed in the level of comfort. I have worn them three times and cannot believe they are Clarks. I purchased two pairs and may have to return the pair that is unworn. I keep hoping that they will break in, but it hasn't happened yet.

Comfort and style -
I've learned as we get older our feet can't take the pressure of wearing heels, and I love heels. I have not been able to walk a considerable distance in heels in a very long time; the comfort was not there. But with these shoes I can and I do. I love them and they look so good on my feet.

Awesome shoes -
I ordered the Brown Metallic Multi Leather. I have never been so excited about a pair of shoes. I am a trim built woman but I have wide feet. It is hard for me to find shoes that are stylish and sexy to accommodate my wide feet without looking like feet skin is bulging from the sides. These shoes achieve that and I ordered them in just an 8-1/2 M. I have not worn them out yet, but they are comfortable when I put them on and they feel good. I still do not think I would be able to walk a lot in them, but that is a small price to pay for having your feet look great in a pair of shoes. I am very impressed with the Clark brand. And thank you Zappos - I got them in 1 day.

This is good shoe for work. Not too fussy and comfortable for the most part. I do find the straps to be a bit tight across the top of my foot, but not to the point of discomfort, hopefully by summer when the heat and humidity kick in I will have it broken in a bit more and any swelling of my feet won't be a problem. I ordered a size 5 and the fit is good, no toe over hang or pinkie toe escaping through the straps.

Very nice!
These are very comfortable shoes and can work with casual or work outfits. The only thing I didn't like was the color- I ordered red and it looks more like a pale rust. I can live with it, though, for the comfort!

6 M was too snug compared to the 6.5 M. Foot is to the back edge and fully filling the webbed toe area. I am imagining July without hosiery and swollen feet... returning 6 M and keeping the 6.5 M. THANKS ZAPPOS for letting me put this concern to rest!

Nice looking shoes, but...
Not comfortable! I love Clarks and wanted to give these shoes a try. The shoes looked great with the dress I bought them to match and they are very pretty. I wore them around on carpet (as Zappos suggests) and my feet were sore. (It was a relief when I tried on the Clarks Alyx shoes I ordered at the same time. Too bad they aren't dressy enough to match my dress!) I wish the heels on Clarks Edith weren't so high. Maybe the shoes weren't comfortable for me because I normally don't wear very high heels.

Clarks finally got its sexy on. I feel sexy yet stable in these strappy sandals. They have just enough space that come July my feet can expand and still be comfy. The leather footbed helps keep my feet in place. Time will tell how the velcro closure will do re: staying closed and not snagging pant hems. Looks a tad longer than 6.5 M, but not a 7 M. I think going a half size smaller to a 6 M will be too short. All toes comfy - no pinching or baby toe stick out.
