These shorts run small for those with curvy hips. I usually wear an 8 in pants, and I ordered a 10. They still fit too snug for me so I had to return them. As I am in my mid-40s and I really liked the rise (not too low) and I liked the length which hit me mid-thigh, I am 5'5", so I would have ordered a size 12 but they were out of stock. The return process and customer service was and always has been consistently excellent!

Nice material and appropriate length for the seasoned woman. However, I had to return them. These board shorts were a bit too tight on the hips for me. I usually wear a size 8 pants in the department stores, but even the size 10 I bought was too snug and not flattering. Note: I have smaller waist in relation to my hips.

These shorts are great. I was worried about them being too see-through since they are white, but they really aren't at all! Of course, when they are wet they are slightly more see-through but in no way sheer. The material is soft and the length is great for me (I'm 5'8"). They come just about 2" above the knee. They work great with my tankini. Zappos shipped them out immediately and I got them the following day. Great service and great product.

I really love the board shorts, but I did find they ran a little small. I wear a 6, but had to order an 8 and they were a little snug.

I'm from Vegas, but I travel a lot so these shorts get great use. They are perfect. Very comfortable, true to size, and they look awesome! What more could one ask for? Not much.

GREAT BOARDSHORTS!
I'm an aqua instructor and it requires me to wear boardshorts when I teach. So I ordered these shorts in Ivory and love them! I would say they're true to size. It helps when they have a tie front.

Love them! I love these shorts over my tank suit for swimming in the ocean. They fit a little loose in the waist, but I actually don't mind that. They look good, feel good, and I would buy another pair if I spent more time in the ocean.

A very comfortable and good-looking summer short: the length is perfect for longer legs and the material is super comfortable. I liked the pink bow on the beige shorts (which is the style I have) and these are a great short for casual clothes!

The Oakley Piper Boardshorts I bought in a size 9 fit me a bit snug in the hips, but overall they are good in length and very stylish.

Exactly what I wanted!
I have been looking for a longer board short for a long time. They are the perfect length for my longer legs and they're very comfy for moving around in. They are true to size and were worth every penny.

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
