I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. Every company has issues once in a while, yet Zappos always comes out on top. This letter is to Zappos' employees for outstanding service! I have been ill for 4 years and I am always excited to get my package in the mail. What makes Zappos even better? Days like this, when my illness has me pretty down and I speak with customer service at Zappos. Now I am excited, grateful, and have much needed energy due to speaking with customer service employees.
