I must say that I was already excited when I placed the order because I was purchasing my wedding gown shoe. The wedding is not until Dec.08,but I just changed my gown from Ivory to white and now have to wait a few more months for my new dress; and it is important for me to have all my accessories to see my whole look come together when the new dress arrives. I decided to purchase the "Mardi shoe", and called and asked quite a few questions. A young representative was polite and knowledgeable about the product and able to answer all of my questions. The idea that one may purchase a product they want and have free shipping both ways, and an excellent return policy if needed is just unbeatable. The Mardi shoe looks exactly like its picture, and is gorgeous and comfortable. The shoe is true to size, and I wear a size "9" and it fits comfortable and wonderful. I have asked my bridesmaids and mother to purchase their shoes here as well; which is mocha and brown and there are plenty of choices for them as well. If you are hesitant about purchasing on-line, please don't, Zappos is great. I am definitely a Life-Time customer! (I only wish you sold veils as well).

They were pretty in person but huge on me. Yet I do have very narrow feet.

We just ordered them Monday! She is thrilled because now she can wear them the first day of school! We weren't sure about the size we ordered, but knew that your return policy was great.
