I wasn\'t totally convinced on these when I first got them. But I decided to give them a shot. I\'ve had problems in the past with shoes promising good arch support and not delivering, but that wasn\'t the case here. These shoes are extremely comfortable and if you\'re like me and need a little extra arch support, don\'t hesitate.

My shoes arrived very quickly. They were exactly what I was looking for. They are the most comfortable shoes I have. Eccos are the best.

I am a proud owner of (3) pairs of Ecco shoes, so I was in the market for athletic shoes and ordered the Ecco Auckland. All of the other major brands were sized wrong, but the Ecco was just right. I can't rave enough of the excellent service, that I just received from Zappos. Will tell everyone about the consummate service that you provide.

The Ecco Performance Auckland is a very comfortable shoe with very good arch support. It's great for long walks and the fabric breaths so your feet don't get hot.

These shoes are light, comfortable, long wearing, and have great arch support. They are really the best, and I hope that Ecco makes them one of their classics. Also, the leather seems to be impervious to staining or cracking! I really like these shoes.

Great shoe -
I had purchased a pair of Ecco's several years ago and had finally worn them out. I wish I had bought 2 pair. I searched Zappos and selected a pair I thought might be good for a walking shoe. I was not disappointed. A very comfortable shoe. They are a bit tight at first but wear them a while and they will loosen up. Thanks Zappos.

This shoe is 100% fantastic. It fit perfectly, has fantastic arch support, and is really comfortable. I walk 1 mile to work and 1 mile back, and this shoe feels absolutely fantastic!

I have never ever had a pair of shoes this comfortable. It is almost like you are wearing nothing on your feet. Almost all Eccos are comfortable, but this takes it to a whole new level.

I also wanted to send a much belated thank you for a service you did for me about a year ago. At the time, my son broke his leg very badly and we needed some "basketball breakaway pants" to put over it so he could go out of the house, as the cast was quite large. We couldn't find them anywhere, but my mother found them on your website. She called to order the pants and when she told you of our situation you sent them immediately on overnight delivery at no charge to us.
