Good bag for school. I take this with me to class and it holds quite a bit of stuff: a large binder, a spiral, my planner, my cell phone, my wallet, my makeup bag, a small to medium-sized book, and a bottle of water. The only thing I would have potential buyers (mostly students) keep in mind is that the shoulder strap is not padded and if you plan on stuffing this thing with books and whatnot, it's really going to dig into your shoulder/collarbone area.

 |  | I'm not one to make a big deal about good service as I just expect it. However, my latest experience with Zappos is UNBELIEVABLE!!! My daughter was wanting these shoes for awhile so I agreed to order them. I ordered them on Wednesday 9/17 at approx 9:30pm. She was counting out the 4-5 business days for shipping and confirmed that they should be here by about next Wednesday. They showed up at my work a mere 12 hours later after an overnight flight. My co-workers didn't believe it. I texted my daughter and she didn't believe me. Absolutely AMAZING!!! "Powered by Service" ... you got that right. In contrast, I ordered a PC from an online company 8 days ago. I have nothing, no tracking number, no emails, and I have no idea where it is or even if it exists??? Very frustrating.
